About
Premium Landscape Services

At Premium Landscape Services, we believe your landscape should be more than just well-kept. It should elevate the way you enjoy your home. Rooted in Olympia and serving Tumwater, Lacey, and surrounding communities, our work is shaped by a deep understanding of the Northwest environment. From the earliest design sketches to the final cleanup, we combine thoughtful planning with proven techniques to create landscapes that thrive year after year. Whether it is a complete outdoor makeover or dependable weekly maintenance, our team is dedicated to delivering results that balance beauty, function, and long-term value.

Owner and operator Samuel Hill began working in the green industry at age 10, helping his father at South Bay Greenhouses and Ornamental Grasses of Puget Sound. Through years of hands-on experience in nursery operations and plant care, he developed a strong foundation in horticulture and service.

With more than 20 years in the plant and nursery industry, Samuel launched Premium Landscape Services to continue the family’s commitment to quality in a broader way. His focus from the beginning has been on dependable service, honest communication, and doing work that holds up over time.

Since launching in 2013, Premium Landscape Services has grown into a skilled team that includes several maintenance crews and a full installation division. Our work ranges from weekly property care to full outdoor transformations, all adapted to the Pacific Northwest climate.

We provide planting and softscape design, turf installation, patios and hardscaping, irrigation systems, lighting, and seasonal cleanups. Every project is guided by practical knowledge and tailored to fit the space, soil, and long-term needs of the property.

We keep things simple and consistent. That means showing up on time, keeping communication clear, and doing the job right. Our team uses reliable materials and trusted techniques that perform well in local conditions. With a background rooted in plant health and design, we make informed decisions that lead to better outcomes. From the first visit to final cleanup, we stay focused and follow through.

As our company continues to grow, our mission remains the same. We provide trusted landscaping services while building long-term relationships in our community. We are committed to expanding our expertise, strengthening our team, and helping more homeowners in Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, and beyond transform their outdoor spaces into places they truly enjoy.
